Waves Goodbye to Chapter 2

To think I have thus far been dedicating time to my education within the last 18.5 years of schooling, all the money I've dumped into tuition, books, school supplies, and gas for my poor car driving every weekend to and from Bemidji, and all the headaches having to deal with the people working in the Administration buildings, Financial Aid, and everyone that crossed me in general.

I survived my epic portfolio presentation and now one of my most fulfilling moments thus far in my life has easily been finishing up my final for my class (after  4.5 years in college I had to take a class with a final exam for the grand finale, huh?) and walking out of the classroom knowing I'm now a college graduate again, and with my Bachelor's Degree. There's only one thing that can make this feeling better, and that would be to rope in my near-by side kick in crime, Melissa to take a few lets just say beyond EPIC photos. You know something is going on when, it is -18 and you have someone running through the courtyard of BSU's campus in a graduation gown over their winter weather clothing and someone is nearby with a camera to catch that "Kodak", or I should say Nikon moment..

As Melissa is taking some preparatory pictures while I get my graduation cap on over my winter hat, people are driving by the Bemidji State arches wondering what in the hell we are doing... As trouble begins, it all starts with the "Christmas card-worthy" picture for the relatives, then the gloves come off... well not really.. it was flippin cold dude! .. Next there's the classic "thumbs up" picture, followed by the "adios Bemidji" picture, and then finally the "Rock on Bwahhhhhhhhhhhaaammmmm power cord" picture. As we are now frozen, and completed the mission of the century, making Cassie's graduation gown totally worth it, it is now time to get out of Bemidji one last time! As I give the town a giant "wave goodbye" as I approach the highway, another chapter of my life has been written, with some grumbles and f-bombs later, I then received my Bachelor's Degree in the mail a month later!
